I really wonder why a Christian would want to get involved in politics. I am older now and see how the morality in this country is disintegrating at a rapid pace so we need people with a passion for the conservative biblical view like Eric. I personally have zero faith in any political system simply because I feel that people are easily corrupted and therefore all of politics is corrupt just like our justice system and any system that there are humans in charge. I really dislike having a rich playboy womanizer as the face of the conservative view, although he did push a lot of the conservative agendas through. Eric for president. He way more genuine and passionate for our view than most.

But when they brought in politics starting with Huckabee I was flabbergasted. Billy Graham was connected to Nixon briefly and never again did he touch the subject though I bet many came to him for answers. Now, whatever dt does it seems like they support. And last night and every single day I read the Bible. the Holy Bible and not once have I read where it supports liars. But if we rationalize...I am ashamed of the changes. I see no politicians but t's "character is so anti-God I can't believe it would be supported by a supposed Christian station. They are rationalizing. If a million came against me I would not go against Jesu Christ and Gods Word and support him. erik is saying t made Roe vs Wade disappear. He also made Mexico pay for the wall. He also said before he was elected that because he was a "celebrity" women expected him to do whatever, (His words, shove his hand into their crotches) and that was O.K. How can a Godly person support that? The man has NEVER said he was wrong. To go to Christ and be saved or reborn one has to confess and admit they have failed, fallen short of Gods ways. 98% truth is still a lie. It is nice to see 1 person write, I really wonder why a Christian would want to get involved in politics. Gods prophecies are happening. I'm going with God and His Word. Not rationalizers who toss in politics in the name of God. Character counts. Jesus rules and wins in the end. Amen.

" When you decide to go to war, you are making a choice. The early church would not let anyone be apart of politics. If you were a government official and wanted to be apart of the church, you had to resign from your government job.

Its not that black and white. What about the other issues of the "poor", the oppressed that are represented on the other side. Hate, Atisametic issues, facisim, etc... It is so very confusing and heartbreaking for me. It is not that easy, there are those who nwed Christians to stand up for them on both sides!!

What about not hating each other? What about taking care of those who are vulnerable? What about Christian men in the church taking advantage of young girls and boys? What about men who are abusing the daughters? I think God gives each of us choice and we should not be taking other peoples right to choose from them. We all have to answer for our sins and we will answer for them. We should be preaching holiness and abstinence so people will not have to make this choice. We should be preaching marriage so people don't have to make this choice. It bothers me people care more about an unborn child than they do about their parents or people that don't look like them. I would not have an abortion and I would not want a family member to have one but whether they do or don't that choice is theirs to make. Your attitude is forcing people to go back to backdoor clinics where people died. People will do what they feel they need to do out of desperation.

Some Scriptures about hell by Jesus himself and how not to go there: In Luke 16:19-31 Jesus describes a rich man that lived lavishly and a poor beggar man named Lazarus. It came to pass that Lazarus died and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom. The rich man died, was buried, then went to hell. 23 And in hell he lifted up his eyes, being in TORMENT, saw Abraham afar off and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue, for I am tormented IN THIS FLAME. 25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that you in your lifetime received good things, and likewise Lazarus received evil things, but now he is comforted and you are tormented. 26 And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that they which would pass from hence to you can not, neither can they pass to us, and would come from thence. 27 Then he said, I pray you therefore father, that you would send him to my father’s house. 28 For I have 5 brothers that he may testify unto them, lest also come into this place of torment. 29 Abraham said unto him, They have Moses and the prophets, let them hear them. 30 And he said, Nay father Abraham, but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.” LOCATION OF HELL: Jesus said in Matthew 12:40, ”For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly, so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the HEART OF THE EARTH.” Paul said in Ephesians 4:9, ”Now that he ascended, was it but that he also DESCENDED into the LOWER PARTS OF THE EARTH.” HELL IS A PLACE OF FIRE: Jesus said in Luke 16:24,”….Father Abraham have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue for I am TORMENTED IN THIS FLAME.” Jesus said in Matthew 13:42,”And shall cast them into a FURNACE OF FIRE, there shall be WAILING AND GNASHING OF TEETH.” Jesus said in Matthew 25:41,”Then shall he also say to them on the left hand, Depart from me, you cursed, INTO EVERLASTING FIRE, prepared for the devil and his angels.” Jesus said in Revelation 20:15,”And whosoever was not found written in the book of life, was CAST INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE.” HELL IS A PLACE OF TORMENT: Jesus said in Luke 16:23,”And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in TORMENT….” 24 …..for I am TORMENTED in this flame.” Jesus said in Revelation 14:11,”And the smoke of their TORMENT ascended up FOR EVER AND EVER, and they have no rest day or night….” Jesus said in Mark 9:45-46,”And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off, it is better for you to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the FIRE THAT NEVER SHALL BE QUENCHED. 46 Where their WORM DIES NOT, and the fire is not quenched.” Note that it doesn’t say “THE Worm”, it says “THEIR WORM” dies not. Jesus said in Revelation 21:8,”But the fearful and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whore mongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE, which is the second death.” Note that Brimstone is Sulfur and burns with a very strong odor of rotten eggs. The scriptures above prove when a person goes to hell they will constantly see hell, constantly smell hell, constantly feel the heat of hell, will constantly breath hell, will constantly hear the wailing and gnashing of teeth of others in hell, will constantly be aware of their own worms, they will have no rest day or night, there is no way out and it will continue for ever and ever, they can’t die because they are already dead. The following is how to not go there and it is a SIMPLE AND EASY thing to do: All of the book of Acts is what Jesus disciples said what we must to be SAVED - meaning not go to hell, which is repentance, water baptism in Jesus NAME, (Not the titles Father, Son, and Holy Ghost) and being baptized with the Holy Ghost. Jesus said in Mark 16:16,"He that believes and is BAPTIZED shall be SAVED, but he that believes not shall be damned." At about that same time He said in Matthew 28:19,"Go therefore and teach all nations BAPTIZING them in the name (SINGULAR name and not name's) OF the Father, and OF the Son, and OF the Holy Ghost." Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles and not names. Jesus disciples never used those words when they baptized anyone in water, nor did they use those words in one sentence regarding any other topic. Every time they invoked Jesus NAME at baptism which is Acts 2:38, Acts 8:14-18, Acts 8:38, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 16:15, Acts 16:33, Acts 18:7, Acts 18:8, Acts 19:3-5, and Acts 22:16. Jesus said in John 3:3-7,"Verily, verily I say unto you, Except a man BE BORN AGAIN, he can not see the kingdom of God. 5 Verily, verily I say unto, Except a man be born of water AND of the Spirit, he can not enter into the kingdom of heaven. 7 Marvel not that I say unto you, YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN." Being born of water is being baptized in water which is for the REMISSION OF SINS - meaning the INITIAL remission of sins and not the confessing of sins later addressed in 1 John 1:9. Being born of the Spirit is being baptized with the Holy Ghost. What being baptized with the Holy Ghost means is addressed in Acts 2:3-4, (Pentecost), Acts 8:17, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, and Acts 19:3-5 - which is when the Spirit of Christ initially dwells in a person. Nowhere in Scripture does it say it happens any other way than that way. There is not one Scripture that says a person receives the Holy Ghost just because they are a believer. Paul said in Romans 8:9-11,”But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if so be that the spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, HE IS NONE OF HIS." Numbers 23:19, ”God is not a man that he should lie, neither the son of man, that he should repent, has he said and shall he not do it? And shall he not make it good?” Malachi 3:6,”For I am the Lord, I change not...” Hebrews 13:8,”Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” That means there is no reason to think that Jesus will make an exception and save someone that has not been baptized in water in Jesus NAME, and has not been baptized with the Holy Ghost. Some say the thief on the cross next to Jesus was not baptized yet Jesus told him he would be in paradise with him that day. Jesus had not given the COMMANDMENT to be baptized in HIS NAME until after he had risen from the dead and before he ascended into heaven. The thief on the cross could not have been baptized because he did not know about it. If you are convinced you need to get baptized in water in Jesus Name do a search and type in "United Pentecostal Church International", scroll down to just below the red box, type in your zip code, a screen will show a Church near you that will do that. Jesus said John 10:27, ”My Sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”
