I just knew he was a gonner from the get go, and the longer I watched, the more I hoped I was wrong. But nope. I hate it when I am right. He was my favorite character hands down. He was hilarious. Now the show won't have that bit of comedy that is so needed with so much darkness and depression that takes up the majority of the show, Ennis and Elsa's relationship gave just the right amount of lightness to balance the emotions of the show. I love the show, but I am not going to enjoy it near as much as I did with Ennis. The best character in the show. WHY TS? That is just plain cruel, lol.

Yeah, I understand what you mean but it made his character authentic...it's that made his lines iconic. "Well, shoot! If my being too pretty is a problem, we ain't got a problem". It was his vocal nuances that makes us love this scene. If he was a baritone....it would have fallen flat. I've watched their scenes and love them so much I've pretty well memorized their lines. This is an epic western that resonates with women because Sheridan used his muse, Elsa, to tell the story through her eyes. Tim and Faith were extremely important to the success of this narrative. Truth is, it's Taylor Sheridan's inspired writing that makes this film so successful.

it was a good show and he was a great actor but that show was too much brutality porn.. it was like the oregon trail meets the bruality of game of thrones where you make the audience like someone then just kill them off.. the only people who made it were the couple and their young son.. everyone else dies.. like come on
