when you are willing to be an easy player to read by limp raising and letting everyone know what kind of hand you have, you should also be willing to fold when more than half of the table joined the pot and the flop are low cards while facing bets and re-raises all over the place.

If it was just heads up with no other players, yeah 10s would be more ahead, but the percentages you’re seeing are adjusted after knowing the other cards of the players.
