Eric Singer - KISS - Tour Kit Rundown LONDON!

Since our last rundown with Eric in 2022, he has made a few changes to his drum set up. Here is a quick rundown of the new configuration from the July 2023 KISS show in London.

Met and got to ride to an Alice show with Eric many years back and he couldn't have been cooler. Nice guy, stellar drummer and what a kit.

I met Lorne "Gump" Wheaton a few times when he was working with Neil Peart of Rush. Nice guy. Gave my son and I used pairs of drumsticks. Definitely one of the best drum techs on the planet.

Kiss and Rush toured together in 73-74....Neil Peart wasn't in Rush yet......

He lowered the height of his crashes a lot, age comes for everyone... much better looking this way. Kit also saounds a lot better in maple. Great Singer, one to the most underrated drummers of rock!

I've been a fan of Eric since Tony Iommi released "Seventh Star"" as a Black Sabbath album and have been waiting so long for his life after KISS. With all due respect to the band, his playing has become a bit stale for my taste, but well - He got himself one of THE gigs. I keep watching those live videos with Gary Moore and Alice Cooper though, and he was allowed to display his talent a lot more. Hope that moment is finally coming.

If you can afford the Pearl Maple Gum, wow great drums! Eric is such a cool guy, he helps make Kiss more likeable out of some of the screwy decisions the band has made through the years. Why not get Ace, Bruce and Tommy on stage together? I love Ace one of my favorite guitarists, but also liked what Bruce played. Sorry to not be as familiar with Tommy. But I'm sure he kicks ass too.

Not sure who this "KISS" band is but I remember a cat named Peter who used to be the real drummer. Also there was another guy named Ace (Paul Frehley) who used to play guitar. This "KISS" band seems to be some sort of a cover band with a lead singer who sounds like a stuck pig when he tries to sing... Oh and get a load of the price of a ticket to see this cover band... Insane. Yeah I used to be a true soldier in the KISS army but I went AWOL when the generals went tits up with their little circus. Looking forward to see their franchise bands. Surely there were be an East Coast "KISS" and a West Coast "KISS" and even a European touring "KISS". I am also a big fan of Mr. Singer. He is a great drummer. Too bad he doesn't have a band of his own. But hey, this thing as he knows it will be over soon and maybe he will get to play in yet another "KISS" cover band at "the end of the road"... The price of a gallon of gas, the price of a loaf of bread, the price of a car, a home and now the price of a ticket (over $11,000.00) to see them in MSG. This is truly insulting to anyone who ever considered themselves a real KISS fan. Not cool! Not even close!

No offense but I would never play drums that had gum in the wood shells. Gum is just a garbage wood. On a side note,this guy is a good drummer and he's absolutely privileged to have hired Lorne as his drum tech.

I feel like gum actually enhance the other wood sound. I got a maple/gum kit and it’s sounds so good. The gum enhance the maple ina really good way that is reminding me of old Gretsch Jasper shells. Great drums!
