Which modules were used for 0:20 and 3:52? (I was thinking of getting the Plasma rack to go with the Helix Rack since I could also use that for Guitar, Synths, and Drums but a small Euro Rack in a Portable Rack Case might be cheaper. I’ve never used a Eurorack module is it possible to put a couple modules into say a 6U or 8U rack alongside like a Helix Rackmount unit and power supplies? I see a Boredbrain Injectr allows you to plug in a Guitar, etc, so if I could put this in a ABS Rackmount Enclosure that would be perfect.

From the lower mid all the way up up high it sounds like one of the most crunchiest and roughly furriest drives ever, like crushing a sinewave with a solid ten pound scrap chunk of steelwool, but it really lacks on the bottom end... That would maybe want to be solved with some additional circuitry. Just out of curiosity: Anyone tried to pair this one through some paralel signal split and run the bottom end separately, enhanced via some subharmormonic synthesizer or low enhancer or something like that? I think, that that could then make some truly spectacular results.

WAY cooler than a 303 ANY DAY in my book. You theoretically might get some EXTRA modulation by touching the tube as plasma interacts with touch. There might be something sonic you can modulate by taps, palms or swipes. I just like the hard spiky sounds it does. RADICAL textures that could stand some tube squashing and softening. I call it the "zipper effect". I like these graphics better than the tribal flames ones for certain. Erica just loves busy distracting graphics.

Whole Life Crisis , Don’t get me wrong if it’s a highly distorted sound you’re after then this is the one. I just feel that they should have laid off wet a bit more for a demo. Maybe run it through various kicks. But it looks 10/10, Sound for me 5/10. If it’s high distortion you’re after 10/10.
@gregkrukemeier20035 жыл бұрын
have the Pedal and it sounds awesome at lower dry/wet setting. Best withpercussion sounds or synth sounds with quick Attack/Decay settings. Just the way it gates everything. Not finding it as useful with my guitar because of the gating going on..
