Yes. What you see there is originally cut footage shot during filming of the original movie that Lucas reincorporated, then put Boba in by filming him on a blue screen and placing him digitally in the footage. That Jabba scene in the original was deleted because the original editors decided it was unnecessary as all the info presented in that scene was already just established with Han and Greedo's exchange.

Boba Fett lucky plays a larger and more prominent role in The Book of Boba Fett and The Mandarolian, and reveals that he survived falling into the sarlacc pit in Return of the Jedi, I also wish that Captain Phasma was given a spin-off comic or live-action series where she is revealed to have survived falling into the fiery pit in The Last Jedi and still survived the First Order afterwards.
