3 x 10-12 reps: Machine Fly 3 x 10-12 reps: Incline Smith Press 3 x 10-12 reps: Incline Dumbbell Press 3 x 10-15 reps: Cable Flies (scoop variation - just below the chin at top) / (mid variation - slight raise on stretch)

Dont aim for soreness, aim to progressive overload and a pump, a pump is a better indicator than soreness, but dont only aim for a pump. Progressive overload is key
