SUBLIME "DJ's" Live June 24, 1992

What up Miguel? Sublime was the opener for No Doubt's record release party. This is Kelly Vargas playing Drums, Todd Foreman on Sax and Miguel playing guitar & keyboard samples. I never saw a Sublime show like this again. It unfortunately cuts off the last bit of the song because security made me shut off my camera but it's still cool.

This is Brad just before he started his "one year experiment" with heroin which ended up killing him just shy of 4 years later. He is my favorite artist of all time but those drugs ruined him. We only got a few glimpses of just how good he could be when he wasn't on smack.

Here is some trivia for the fans. I was hanging out with Kelly Vargas for a few hours at the weenie roast a few weeks back. We were talking about this show. Kelly told me that they once played at a college and a "woman's group" of some sort made a huge deal about the sticker. Apparently they told them that they were putting the stickers on stop signs making it look like it reads "STOP RAPE" Also, this is at the Whiskey in Hollywood
