I have this meter and generally I was very happy until I noticed that this meter shows completely different values ​​when held in the hand compared to when it is lying alone without touching it. The funniest thing is when the value jumps from 0 (the meter is lying alone) to 150 V/m (the meter is touched with two fingers). I do not know at what point the measurement is reliable and how to use this device in such a case. I wrote an email to the manufacturer and sent them 4 videos with different situations and differences in measurements, but they completely ignored the problem, sending me a PDF with the user manual, the same one that is in the box with the device. They did not write anything about the problem I noticed.

The body's electric field i think interfered with this unit, try taping it to the end of a wood stick.

I tested and compared the old version (RT-100) against other devices and it has it's flaws. Haven't tested this one yet, but I expect similar problems.

The different readings on vertical and horizontal are probably due to antenna polarization.
