This week, following Paula's big win at Challenge Daytona, we did a trail run on Wildwood Trail in Portland, Oregon, starting from Lower McLeay park. Then we flew to Calgary, took advantage of their Covid-19 pilot program, so we only had to quarantine for two days. After testing negative, we went for a run on the Canmore river trail with Paula's sister, Adrienne, and I went for a mountain bike ride around the Canmore Nordic Center.

thats one of the places I go in forest park all the time. I went out there recently and it was decent weather, until my halfway point at 6 miles, then once I turned around it started pouring the hardest it has in a while, and hailing really hard. Hurt my ears to run in. Only had shorts and a broken down "waterproof" jacket. froze my ass off lol
