The highlight of my 25k race was shouting to Eric "I love your videos bro" while on the bike. Followed shortly by "Hey Paula". That was my second tri, I got hooked on the sport thanks to this channel. Thanks, guys!

I love how grounded and honest Paula is throughout. It's so refreshing to hear seasoned professionals talk about challenges/nerves/doubts - great video!

Just wanted to say thanks to Paula for the recap - it can't be easy to talk about a difficult race, but sharing the emotions, both highs and lows, makes a video as compelling as the amazing cinematography Eric does. Sharing the lows also means us as supports are that much more excited for you when experiencing the highs. Good luck at worlds!

Well... Heather I tell you what, triathlon showed and tought me better that I could ever imagined how to be serious and dedicated to work as I was training and racing those days! Triathlon defined me as a person looking for the future and know that it won't be easy!.........Eric is a young and amazing guy, day in day out!

Some else commented earlier - this was like a mini documentary. I would agree and loved it for that reason. Hit the heart strings hard as a result of the awesome choice of background music throughout and Paula's candid take on the whole race.

What a race recap! The video was stellar and gave so much more insight than PTO coverage alone. Those black and white images were so touching.

I’ve always felt appreciated after watching one of your videos. Very creative and inspiring. However, lately I’ve been concerned about Paula whether she was enjoying the process or seemed above it all (no disrespect). But this one here showed your grit and humility. Thank you for allowing us to see that part of you. Blessings n all that you guys do.

Very motivational! I am an age group triathlete and typically am at the back of the pack. So it is extremely motivational to hear the real story about the races that are difficult and the struggles you have during the events. A back of the pack age grouper like myself struggles at every race just to finish. Thank you for your honestly and allowing us to share in That Triathlon Life!

For a smaller sport in terms of media coverage, these youtube videos provide such good insight, and are fantastic videos! Your sponsors most enjoy the extra coverage as well.

Puala and Eric, the videos that are put out by TTL are awesome. Puala, one of the coolest things I saw watching the race is when the media camera showed you handing a cooling towel to another competitor while on the run. I think it was Jackie, not sure. That was pure sportsmanship! Lucky Paula to run with Melinda, she still looks amazing. Bring the noise to St. George and as we say in the CORE "KILL THEM ALL" CHEERS!

It was awesome meeting you two out at PTO Dallas. I have been following you two and your racing since 2019. Thank you for all the inspiration you provide to people that you don't even know. Meeting you all first hand was a great experience! After years of watching you and the other athletes, being at an event first hand was so much more than just another work trip for me. I was the camera guy who came up to you (Eric) for the fist bump during the Pro ladies race, and was one of the official media coorespondents for the event and snagged some great photos of Paula. Dude, It was fun being shoulder to shoulder with Talbott after watching you all for so long. I also got a really profound shot of her after she crossed the finish line. So looked like she left it all out on the corse. If you're interested in the photos, hit me up! I am based out of CA, so if you two are ever in the area and in need of another camera guy, I got you (video production/editing is my main gig, with photog being secondary). Cheers!

Even living in the area, the heat that weekend with the humidity was brutal. Congrats to everyone that even attempted that one, much less finished!! I struggled with the heat during my run Sunday morning around sunrise, it would have been pretty much a walk not run for me at that time. And the Thurs weather was kind of a cruel joke/expectation setting wise.. I hope it comes back next year with better racing conditions!

Paula/Eric, race recap can be tough when the race doesn't go well. It's easy being a winner, it takes a person of character to discuss a race that didn't go well. Take solace in the fact that top 10 with a survival run came after a Fine swim/bike. Regardless of any race outcome, TTLers" think both of you are very special!

Paula - you did AMAZING given the conditions (and the fact that you're a fair-skinned red head from Canada 🤣🇨🇦). Paula's "All in" Training adjustment(s) idea for Worlds seems like a great topic for the Podcast .....either leading up to Worlds or even better after, if You want to psych out your competition.
