What a race, paula, and eric, both are winners in my world, and such a better bike paula, bikes are like a golf club, if on your first swing, you hit the ball bad, you never use it again,,,same with bikes, all that fitting, was a sign, not the perfect bike, this new one, looks fast, you look fast on it, like you are flowing with the wind, think you could win it all, someday,,, plank, just plank, all day long, and if you ever get nervous before a race, its like you are lossing energy, every second, how do you fix this? Just start holding your breath, like block work out, , start slow, and keep increasing length,and work your way up, by the 3rd breath, your body, relaxes automatically, its a surfers trick:) its called breath work, lol and it will relax you, help you hold your breath, if ever surf, do believe someday we will meet, never know, santa cruz is just around the corner, bring a surf boards or just rent them:)only going to run the course, as thats what I need to work on the most, going for a 1.11 time, but a 1.13 time works, and eric if you ever want to race, I really want to race the Alcatraz camp now, lol so perfect:)
