Thanks Eric. Would you favor Micco or the Roseland section of Sebastian? Curious since they are two different counties, with different taxes, school districts, police, fire and governing bodies. I’ve tried to find good info on Brevard Vs Indian river county - and…. There’s not much.

Thank you for finding the video and for the comment! I am not familiar with the Indian River County side of things, so I would be favoring the Brevard County side. I would recommend boots on the ground recon. Drive through both sides of the river and see what you like and don't like.
