Man I wish people realize that the gate agents/ flight attendants aren’t obligated to help you. I remember hearing from a friend that they were being obnoxious to an air Canada agent and she said “can’t fly you home” meanwhile he asked nicely and asked how she was feeling and she rebooked them to their flight home. It was different cities but showed that being nice might be the difference between a gate agent giving a crap and getting a way home

We had drunk people on one of flights( and they parked themselves right behind my family on the 11:00pm Southwest flight), this was 6 or 7 years ago, if I got it on video, it would be on the news.

I felt so sorry for the mama with the baby. I had a similar experience just yesterday. I had to fly with my one and half year old son , bc. his foot got hurt in a car accident ( at a playground park from a police car). Anyway we had to fly with him bc. he needed medical retreatment. And behind me was a Karen all the time saying : “ I hate children” “ this is a kindergarden” “ why babies are crying” “ why parents fly with their children”. It was really hard to stay calm but I was able to do it. At the end I feel really sorry for her bc. I think she had a bad childhood and crying baby’s were a trigger for her.

Erik, you should try Jetstar (Qantas low cost airline), it’s actually quite good! I know it’s a while away but it’s surprisingly good. While your at it, you could make a review of a hotel in Singapore called Marina Bay Sands, I stayed in it and it has an infinity pool on the top! (Vid 5 of asking)
