Hope he stays...one thing i can say is he has a strong character ..to keep sounding so positive after the season we've had takes alot of strength... The squad is not good enough...but i hope we can win the cup....it will take a massive effort. Ineos need to keep faith in ETH he is trying to force a better culture but for now he really only has 4-5 players who are good enough....the rest only turn up if they feel like it. ETH has his flaws, his stubborness & lack of clear communication but ultimately he has evaluated the whole squad over nearly 2yrs so he knows what is lacking. Its just a matter of sticking with him, backing him with good recruitment & then things can change. Sacking him after the cup final with no better options would be a backward step & foolish.

It takes time to build something and there will always be setbacks. TH is a good manager. Sacking him will set back the club big time. Sacking Mourinho was stupid, sacking Ragnick was dumb and Van Gaal shouldn't have been sacked either. All good managers, but we seem to have zero patience. Arteta was extremely poor in first three seasons and do was Ferguson. We're in a vicious circle of impatient stupidity and it looks like Ineos will swirl right along. Judging TH while he hasn't had the structure nor the players or a complete squad and leave him out to dry for over half a year, while all so-called amazing managers are absent on gardening leave and having opinions from ivory towers based on blood seeking media and impatient, opinionated amateur fans.

He had one striker all season. Helped Kobbie become a first teamer. He needs another season. I really hope he gets that chance under stable and able leadership.

This guy has some dark clouds circling over him. And rightly so. In spite of all the positivity, the eye test for his Utd side is brutally painful. To have conceded 20+ shots in so many games, home and away, against all manner of opposition is just horrific and is a systemic issue. It’s not a case of injuries to this player or that player. It’s the set up of the team and the instructions being given to the players.

Wooooow, the worst injury recocord ever without a back line and whilst dealing with arrests, people out drinking and players trying to stand up to him. He has bought in young talent who will be our future. All of this and still came 8th. In two years has won a cup got to 2 other finals and and semi final and that aint good enough.
