Plenty of good ones in the literature, but it was originally inspired by Finkelstein & Ptitsyn's "Protein physics" that I used for on-site classes for several years.

The human body turns over roughly its weight in ATP daily. It is actually being regenerated all the time (I think more than 1000 times per ATP, per day).
