Swimming definitely helps I did it before because I condition a lot at practice & yea at cheer camp I got sun burn & I'm & flyer so I got it on my shoulders so when I went to push off it hurt I agree with all of these even though I already watched this vid before

I went to practice with sun burn and it hurts more than you would thing and it was hard to stunt because I'm a base and so every time we went up my knees would burn so bad so you should really not go to practice with sun burn because it hurts

I'm in the same situation, I go to Russia to visit family every summer and my team practices during the summer. I feel bad cause I don't want to be behind everyone but at the same time I'm not gonna exchange visiting my family for practice, just practice is a lot less important to me than seeing my family.

hi Erin, I am unsubscribing to your channel because, I didn't make my middle school cheer team and everything cheer related makes me sad. it's nothing against you its just I can't deal with that hurt inside me. I was fine when I found out but then I found out that a girl who I thought was my friend was talking about me and some other girls.

I know exactly how you feel! I didn't make my middle school team 3 years ago, and I was devastated. Going to school and seeing all of the girls in their uniforms was the hardest thing to do. But instead of moping around, I went back to the gym and started working 10x harder on my skills! I ended up making the team next year, and all of my hard work paid off. I'm so sorry to hear about your friend, though. Just ignore her and find out who your true friends are. 💕
