Excellent video! We are both in our 80's and feel better than ever! We are all about healthy aging to prevent and reverse disease. The key is to retain a strong body, a calm mind, and a positive outlook. Getting older at any age does not have to mean getting sicker. We're doing research on sites like this to make our new Health-Aging Advice channel a success. We hope to inspire others. Learned a lot here. Thank you.

thank you so much for making this video! I actually followed step by step everything you said (which I rarely do) and I learned so much about myself from it. One thing I found is that when I was trying to figure out why I have been sleeping late recently for the practice and I realized it's because I have been spending most of my daytime doing things I "should do" and being procrastinating on them because I don't enjoy doing them. When I finish all those works, I finally want to do something I enjoy before going to sleep, which means I have to stay up late to do them. I will try to spend less time on things I don't enjoy doing and leave more time for those activities i love! thank you so much again and I really appreciate all these inspirations you provide on your channel!

2nd video I'm watching today that makes me realize that if I have not been able to truly take a step towards what I want or even figure it out, or even back up when it' happening is because deep down, I don't feel I deserve it or I'm worthy of it... Wow... Sadly mind blowing going into my forties... But I guess it's never too late but it's really hard to fight negative thoughts you've been feeding yourself with for so long... Thank you so much for this video and your channel in general. I'm binge watching from time to time. Wishing you success! Hi from France!

I loved your question "What areas of my life do I dislike?"!! Such a deep question. To me saying "no" is very difficult, so this is so crucial in order to get ahead in life. Thank you, Erin!! I love watching and applying your content. And I also love that by now you have built such a large portfolio of content. Others binge watch Netflix, others prefer binge-watching your videos. ;)

Be selfish. You can't pinpoint exactly what you want in life if you're constantly sacrificing your time and dreams for other people. Regret nothing. Figure out what you need. Determine what really bothers you. Determine what makes you truly happy. Let people around you know what you're trying to achieve. Stay positive.

I literally stumbled on your video. Really nice! It is not the same blah blah I find in some videos and I started to take notes. I guess I am looking for some inspiration as I am in a tough moment of my life where I have to start a new career from scratch due to the pandemic. It hasn't been easy and after months of looking for a job and I am doubting myself and my on skills. It's hard to even look for jobs as I feel like there is not point to even apply, as I'm not even getting the chance to show my potential in another line of work. I feel like I lost the joy to some simply stuff like exercise and when I do exercise, I am just not feeling motivated like I used to and stop. It's horrible. I'm trying to find my way back and go after what I brings my joy... be more productive and etc. But my current situation is taking a serious tool on me, specially in last couple of weeks. So thanks for the videos (I am now checking your other videos :) Take Care

Love the part about what questions I'm avoiding. Now thinking about it, that's definitely what held me back for a while. When I had my quarter life crisis a few years ago, I didn't dare to think that I could do anything else other than working a boring 9-5. And so I've avoided asking myself what I truly wanted. And I've avoided asking myself if there was another kind of life that I would enjoy much more... Well, finding yourself is a long process 😄 Thank you so much for these super valuable tips!

Ive been needing to hear something like this to help me out on what I want to do with my life. I was really having a bad day thinking that I'm going to be stuck in the life that I am currently doing which I'm not enjoying. Im currently working a full time and part time job doing 11-12 hour days and not having time to have free time to be able to do things that I enjoy or time to be able to work on creating my own business, and I feel burned out and stuck in a rut, and as much as I am thankful that the money from these jobs that I am working has provided me in buying my first home, I'm still not finding happiness and fullfillment in what I am doing. So I done the gap task which has helped me figure out what I really want to do so I can live my Ideal day. I also believe in the meaning of numbers, and I was the 444 person to like this video and the meaning of 444 is a number of protection and encouragement. It is a sign that you are currently following the right path. It is also a sign to stop worrying. I love your videos Erin they help a lot.

Let's take this from straight job assessment. This is my weekly topic for my own subscribers. Career. One thing that can really bring a person into depression is 40 hours a week of hating their job. The job is literally almost half of the waking life. The problem many people have is that they have a craving for security. The person will tolerate being unhappy if that is their normality. People would rather have secure bitterness than the fear of stepping off the cliff. The fact is that you can change your career anytime. At 40 or 50. I once knew a car salesman of 30 years who did really well but started to hate his job--so became a nurse at 57. He is now a travel contractor. His friends told him he would be 57 by the time he got licensed as an RN. He told them he would be 57 anyway. So he will now spend the next ten years doing something he likes instead of something he hates. But you have to decide if it is life on the sea you hate or just that ship you're traveling on. In other words--do you hate your trade or just the company you're at? But whatever you aren't happy with you must change and continue to advance yourself. Hope this helps someone---Charles.

What if the areas where you are letting yourself down are “everything*”?! :-(. It’s not depression, by the way. More like overwhelm. *health/fitness *social relationships *family relationships *work performance *job satisfaction *engagement in hobbies *spiritual connection What if I can’t even remember the last time, or any time, that I felt “in the flow”? I lose track of time for many other reasons-unfortunately not for being in the flow.
