It's interesting that you couldn't adjust the suction, I helped a friend of mine set up this robot and the suction is definitely adjustable, the settings are quiet, balanced, turbo, max, and max plus, the max plus setting needs to be enabled each time if you want to use it.

I bought this model yesterday and i am satisfied. I got this for realy nice price 460€. It cleans like a magic. I have wooden floors without rugs, no animals and kids. But i prefere mopping floors by myslef, so i will try mopping once i think. Overall realy nice device. ❤

Water flow is adjustable, try taking the mop of the plate. A switch under it

This is so weird. I've been using the S4 Max for about a year, it cleans my home really well. I have all wood floors except a large area rug in the living room. It has no problem cleaning that on auto suction mode with a max Pa of only 2000. I just picked up the Q5 Pro and it should vacuum even better with more than double the suction power. I'll test it out for a couple of weeks and see if it'll work as well as the S4 Max. I don't plan on using the mop attachment.

Im wondering if the mopping attachment should be removed during vacuuming tests, especially on carpet... maybe it prevents the floating brush roll from achieving good contact and max suction?

Thanks for the review, we just got the Q5+ (non pro version) and were considering sending it back for this dual roller design to help handle our long human hairs... Looks like it's suction and cleaning is underwhelming however. Wondering if the single beater design is actually better?

Dissappinting that the suction was so underwhelming. Roborocks have historically been known to have really neat and effective cleanup on hard floors and carpet with their single brushroll models. It seems like Roborock still has some R&D to do on their dual brushroll design. My S7 and S7 MaxV are both fantastic with debris pickup. Thanks for a great video Erin!

What type of flooring do you use the Q5 Pro on? I just ordered the Q5 Max+ (same unit without mop) for use on mainly hardwood flooring with a few area rugs.
