My opinion. The Baf sentinel looks outdated too me . The marvel universe and this two pack sentinel feels right with the other previous X-men wave figures 👍🏽

Im not surprised. There was a deleted tweet around the time the Sentinel first came out and they were showing it off that might give you a clue as to why...One of the programmer sound guys admitted that he took screams from actual people whose death was caught on video. Obviously they couldnt do anything about the toy at that point.

I got a couple of these sentinels from Ross outlet store for $25 a few years ago, but they were the blue and gray that came out in TRU, not the classic purple and blue. Nice review by the way.

The only annoying thing about Sentinel action figures is that they're always so big that trying to collect a small squad of them would really hurt your wallet; I mean, they have to be big and imposing, but they're also classic cannon fodder, so having just one never looks quite right.

The rubber-made shoulder pad seems inappropriate and why does it have abs and toned muscles? This is a robot not a body-builder. But the size of the Sentinel should really be higher than that Wolverine action figure.

Cool review! As much as I don't really need this, I'm sure I will pick up a couple lol. This figure was first released with silver limbs and blue hands,boots and torso for the Marvel Universe line and then in this color for the SDCC exclusive. Since they are doing Fantastic Four figures again I wonder if they will find a way to reissue the Galactus that uses this same body.

if you think that's big you should get galactus. And i have the 90s toybiz x-men figures and i think he'll look great with them. and i think he looks good with legends. And the SDCC marvel universe master works sentinel is going for 500 and the variant is 199 on amazon. So 100 bucks isn't that bad im glad i waited.

I think this has more of the classic look of a Sentinel, especially growing up with the X-Men animated series. But, this seriously looks like a $30-$40 toy I'd buy for my 3 year old. I don't like that it talks and has an ugly button in the middle of the chest. I love the paint and work that went into the old Toy Biz version, but it looks scrawny and just doesn't look like any sentinel I've ever seen. Hopefully this drops in price because, to me, it honestly isn't worth more than $60-$70.

Wanted the original release. The more I look at this it does look like a kids toy from imaginext. The price makes sense though. The box art is superior to the 12 inch figures. This has electronics. So you gotta figure 60 or 65 for the figure, another 10 because of the graphics on the box and the size of the box then another 20 for the figure. I don't want the thing but the price isn't off.

Are you guys kidding me? I own multiple Sentinel BAFs and multiple Marvel Universe Sentinels (which this figure is a re-release of) and I much prefer the Marvel Universe Sentinel. The BAF has amazing paint, but this Sentinel is bulkier and is a lot more accurate.
