While working as a janitor at TGRI labs Ernest P Worrell gets caught in a fight between The Foot Clan and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles when the former breaks into the lab to steal some of its ooze for their Master The Shredder despite their appearance Ernest being his usual happy go lucky self befriends the Turtles and helps them in their fight against Shredder when the dark ninja master unleashes two mutants Tokka and Rahzar on New York The Turtles along with Ernest must figure out a way to combat the threat but even if they find a way to defeat the mutants can the Turtles and their new human ally beat a mutated Super Shredder its an action packed comedy crossover you don't want to miss
