Prince Charles treated Princess Diana horribly. Prince Philipp had a good relationship with Princess Diana tho. Everyone else didn't bother to get to know her. She knew what she was signing for when she married charles. She was a teenager who was tricked into marriage by a man almost twice her age who didn’t love her. It’s true she found out about Camilla after accepting Charles’ proposal, but if she had broken it off before the wedding she would have become the most hated woman in Great Britain and the media would have abused her mercilessly for at least a decade, which, given her mental health struggles, she might not have survived. Diana was a survivor and going through with the wedding was a choice that was made for self-preservation instead of self-promotion.

How do you know it’s truthful? Like for example the scene at like 3:00 or so when she’s greeting the royals. Amazing & fun to watch, but frustrating & heart-breaking to understand the reality of what really happened for SEVEN DECADES. @Royaledits-123 yes most shows and movies that are based on true events, stories, and biography of real people tend to overexaggerate moments or pretty much the story for the sake of sensationalizing Like having the actors/actresses scream they're lungs out during an argument scene for sake of a performance and to win an Oscar 🤣 Adding a moment or more that didn't even happen this frustrates me alot cause the show or movie states "this is based on true events" which really? How much of what was shown was true? Did that person say that in real life? Did he/she did that?

I just think it's amazing how many people still movies actually reflect reality. Life is so much more complex than movies
