Sweet. Saw Rodney in concert a few years back, and have always appreciated his songwriting. Great to hear from him, and how he courts the Muse...

Woah, did I just see a tuner in the soundhole of his guitar? Does anyone know who makes that?

D'addario makes one. I think there's a couple similar products out there too

He is playing a Gibson. Looks old but I ain't familiar with that one. At 1st thought it might be a Collings but headstock was not familiar. Rodney looks too thin but he still sounds great. Hope he will hang around for a while yet🙏

He does play a similarly styled Waterloo guitar made by Collings on the road, but that there is one amazing prewar gibson.

Rodney has written some great ones. Very talented. He has a "spiritual" explanation for his work. But a lot of his work seems to me to be in love with his own poesy, and that doesn't seem to ring true to me. There seems to be more than a little artifice in his dusty poet desperado stance. But that's OK, artists have to please themselves before trying to please others. And I know Rodney does alright, with or without, my approval. :)
