Mr snatcher now i don't catch a lot of catfish, but when i do i cook every one. What i do for the best catfish is cut it into nuggest let it marinate in red hot for 2 days with ground fresh garlic after day 1 pour out the red hot and refresh it with the garlic in there. After day 2 just bread it with 1/2 panco 1/2 flour add galic and whatever seasoning you like deep fry and whatever is left over freeze and reheat in air fryer
