sounds like the low end was a bit more clear on the cvc and the high end was more clear or had more punch on the Kenwood.. they have the JVC on sale for 20 too so I think ill go JVC

If ,only ,Tenna audio, back in the mid 70s, was around to make ,TENNA MINDBLOWERS, vs jensen coaxials vs triaxals, , coaxials were better imo,6X9s.but, niether could sound half as good as mindblowers,.first amplified speakers ,with a pioneer kp, tuner, now that wassa bad ass system..Nice video on 2 companies , I luv..KENWOOD/ JVC, Whom I believe are paired brands if I'm not mistaken..nice video..tweeter is out front on tbe jvc z..That's why your hearing the treble region more out front pronounced..

I have the JVC CS-DF620 and the Kenwood KFC-1666S. The Kenwood is much better IMO. Podcasts in the car sounded really bad with the JVC. I could basically not hear talking without my receiver being at 100 volume.

I have a question about the Q80 pro. I installed in my 2008 GMC Sierra 1500. I have no manufacturers logos. I went to settings, factory, put in 8888, logo settin. All that is there is the Eonon logo and 2 Android logos. Plus a black screen. How do I get these downloaded to the unit?

Before updating the software I had a bunch of different manufacturer logos but after update they are all gone except the android and the gmc logo. Honestly I'm not sure how to get them back. I'm sure there has to be a way to just upload a picture to use as a logo, I just haven't really looked into it, sorry.

The life in speed guy trashed them Kenwoods bad said they were even worse than factory i have them in a honda odyssey with a small stetsom amp and they don't sound bad at all to me

You gotta be realistic on your opinion especially when compared to price point. Yea I can spend $400 on a set that sound awesome, but what if I can spend $40 and get 90% of it. Many people on a budget will be more than happy with those Kenwoods in my opinion. Another factor is the type of music you listen to will be a major factor on which lower price set is better to you ears. This is exactly why I make these videos. What sounds good to me may not to someone else and guess what? That's absolutely OK, thx for watching and taking the time to comment 😊

@T_B_C_L another major factor is if your running a sub or not most any speaker will work if you don't need bass.

Kenwood had more punch on the high notes and the vocals so i would go with the kenwoods for the mid to high notes and more clear vocals and the jvc have nice lower end bass but it cuts the vocals off a little in my opinion

I can't say for sure but, I will say the kenwood perform very well with just power from the radio. I really can see them not sounding better.

For me the Kenwood sound was softer and nicer at first few soundtracks but the JVC had short and hard bass on the other soundtracks it was like more precise. Can't decide which one is better 😅. They are both good for those prize

@cs13831 I never put to much emphasis on rear speakers so whatever the matching set in a 6 1/2 is what I would run. I prefer my sound stage to come from the front like a concert. I use the rear to only fill in the sound slightly so it doesn't sound empty.

I absolutely believe you, that's why I make these videos! Not everyone has the same taste. Different speakers sound better to different people and that's OK. I've had super expensive sound systems and full budget systems. Both sounded great because they were tuned properly. You don't necessarily have to spend a bunch of money, nor do you have to believe what others say. Trust in your ears and how it sounds to you. Thx for watching and taking the time to comment 🍻
