Absolutely Amazing Clear and Concise videos!! some of the best I have ever watched, I'm a professional 3d character artist and rigger.

I'd love to see some of your work! I started animation and rigging in blender about 15 years ago. Not my favorite part of game making hahaha....

Love your concise introduction to the tools. I made a map based on the last two videos just stuffing around and learning while waiting for part 3+, but will probably make another following your guidance when the next video drops. Thanks for these. The texturing and biomes is fun but there’s so many settings to play with. I was was kind of lost with the complexity of choices and paths to take when building the world. I think for me it would be better to wait for your videos and see some direction as to what is most important to focus on first, followed by the fine-tuning of the details, rather than clicking around and getting lost in the sauce.

Haha... I got you 100%, clicking all the buttons is a lot of fun! Next video will be up today around the same time as the last one.

One thing, when I play with landscape, the landscape grid segments buckle and separate. Is that just a symptom of world partitioning?

I am not sure what you mean. If you have discord. Send me a short video and I'll give you a hand with that.

@@officialpaperplanesgame Thanks! I'll join the discord. Since I'm making this map more for film, I removed the landscape world partitioning for this project.
