Graças a Deus o meu deu esse erro, só ligava em modo de segurança tentei de tudo, reinstalar mas dava erro na atualização, como não tem manutenção de confiança na cidade eu msm abri, comprei as chaves no mercado livre não caso do meu o drive tava fora de ponto e o dvd não chegava até o final onde tinha que chegar fiquei horas tentando alinhar as engrenagens e acabei de montar e foi sucesso, já atualizei e tô jogando

O meu não atualizava pq o cabo flet do Drive estava mau conectado, eu lixei um pouco as trilhas e encaixei novamente no driver de disco e voltou a atualizar

Mais alguém teve problema com a última atualização na versão 7.40 do Ps5? O meu não atualiza tá dando o erro su-101311-7. Não tô conseguindo mais usar o Ps5. Pq quando reinício pelo modo de segurança ele tenta atualizar e desliga.

That are really bad news. I have the same error: SU-101312-8. And whats even worse I bought a refurbished console from a seller on eBay. Don't know what i should think about the seller. But he lost my trust by sending me a technically faulty device. Am I getting you right? So what exactly is wrong with my console when I'm receiving this error. With hardware is it? Is it a common on? Still the same or could it be something else just a flex cable that wasn't pluged in properly? What's causing this. I kinda confused at this moment. Is it a faulty hard drive? Because othere say it's because the BluRay driver. Well could be it. When i insert a disc nothing is shown up in the game library. Basically I have bought myself console which is useless. Unplayable. In order to play a game I have to be logged in. But the error code ist preventing the update. Without the update. I cannot play anything. I can't even start a game from my external drive from my ps4. Still requires an update. I knew it was a bad idea to buy this bullshit console. I'm disappointed and frustrated. I don't know if I should return it back. Worst case scenario is the following. If I send it back for a refund I will get nothing in return. You all know how eBay can be. I mean you does that? Sending such a device to someone. You want to know whats best? I almost payed 423€. This is was you get when you take the 10% off. So I payed 382€ otherwise I wouldn't buy it in the first place. Even better is that he has now few days later refurbished ps5 consoles on hand. The same model that I bought from him but guess what? A refurbished ps5 at a ridiculous high price 599€. You gotta be kidding me. For that price you get a new one! I'm not sending it back.

Preciso de uma ajuda colprei meu ps5 tudo certinho lacrado assim que saiu a nova atualização essa uktima o ps5 simplificada nao atualizava dava erro baixei o arquivo pela loja quando parecia q ia da certo no final aparecia algo errado Pra mim jogar eu tiha q resetar ele ai conseguia ahr quando vou entrat nele ate pra entrar na psn pede atualização e mesmo pela internet nao da certo eu nunca abrir ele nunca mexi e tenho muito cuidado com ele o q sera q pode ta acontecendo se puder me ajudar agradeço

Se estiver dentro da garantia ainda, recomendo usá-la é 0800. Estava com o mesmo problema que o seu e fazia isso de resetar pra jogar até o momento que não dava mais. Enfim mandei pra Sony e hoje tá filé o meu Ps5!

Sorry friend which tracks are you referring to? Would it be the GPUCORE line? Look for oxidation or an altered resistor, I hope I helped you.

@@shankhacker594 first check that the drive is working, test with a disk and see if it pulls and ejects normally. If the drive is not working, first check the 2 fuses on the power supply board for the drive and check flat connectors and drive logic board.
