Hello, well yes i have the same problem but with Ricoh 7100dn, i have took the cartridges out and clean the ink tip on the cartridges and inside the machine where the cartridges will go in the case is solved for me no more reset cartridges.

You have to tape the door, That's the way I have to use the printer

Hello again, yesterday it works for me as i have said but today did not work it says reset cartridges again, so i have used the chip resetter for the same printer model i have bought to reset the ink tank and it work fine
