Season 2 of Dirilis Ertugrul will always have a special place in my heart. Hands down, the best season out of all 5 seasons. So many hardships and triumphs...many important characters were killed by the Mongols, Kayi tribe was displaced, and Ertugrul decided to start his own branch of the Kayi tribe and headed west towards Sogut, among many other things. It was a very emotional yet captivating season.

Ertugrul is the most perfect character for Engin altin the way he acted his expression his body language was phenomenal this role was perfectly portrayed by Engin altin his acting and performance was beyond anything. I'm sorry to say but burak as osman is wrong choice he is not even performing 10% as compared to Engin altin the benchmark set by Engin as Ertugrul is bigger he can't match him he should watch the whole 5 seasons and work hard as Osman was one the finest warrior after Ertugrul apart from Osman I really liked Sofia's character her acting was life to her role I just loved it. @@2008cor he can perform well but he has to work harder on dialogue delivery expressions and especially performing fighting scenes its tough and Engin was master of that hope they will not ruin their hard work done on Diriliş Ertugrul. Kurulus Osman is gaining trp and fans just because of Ertugrul's seasons if they continue to perform like this then they will loose a number of fans👍🏻

@@Rock-xu3cr Well, he is already working hard, no question about it. Burak does not manage though to coordinate his speech with eyes movement, the mimics are not particularly good and he looks either too angry or too jolly. Probably, you do not speak Turkish because you would notice that his speech is unnatural, he talks like a neighbourhood bully most of the time. These things are difficult to improve because most of them are linked to talent and acquired skills. On fighting scenes, he may improve, but overall he will not be able to even come close to Engin. Anyway, the series is already messed up because of the strange scenario, which already moved quite far away from historical accuracy.

I also liked Burak in Magnificent Century, as Malkocoglu Bali Bey, and in Kara Sevda, but the Osman Ghazi role is a totally different ball game. This is a role which requires a lot of skills and it is too big for Burak’s shoes. Burak has built his reputation and recognition based on his physical appearance (supported also with plastic surgery done before he became famous), which made him a good performer in love series and romantic movies. However, he is a former beauty contests participant and fashion model without comprehensive acting training. By contrast, Engin Altan is a professionally trained actor who acted since he was 15 years old and has not built his career on his looks, but on acting skills. Engin has always chosen difficult characters to play, which were less appealing to the public and to women, in particular. Comparing Burak and Engin is like comparing apples and peers.
