കോവിലൂർ to കിളവര് കാട്ടിലൂടെ നടന്ന് പോയിട്ടുണ്ട് 1994-ഇൽ. ദോസ്ത് മനോജിനൊപ്പം . Trekking എന്ന് പറയാമോ?.. വേണേൽ പറയാം. എത്ര മണിക്കൂർ എടുത്തു എന്ന് മറന്നു പോയി. കോവിലൂരിൽ വെച്ച് ഒരു NGO ഇലെ കക്ഷി ആണ് ഗൈഡിനെ arrange ചെയ്തു തന്നത്. കിളവര് എത്തിയപ്പോൾ നല്ല ഫ്രഷ് carrot പറിച്ചു തന്നു കഴിക്കാൻ. അന്ന് ഇഡ്ഡലി കട ഇല്ല.കിളവര് വരെ ബസ്സും ഇല്ല.Carrot എടുക്കാൻ വന്ന ലോറിയിൽ കയറി Kodai പിടിച്ചു. അന്ന് ആലോചിച്ച കാര്യമാണ് യാസീൻ ഇപ്പോഴും ചോദിച്ചത്, എന്ത് കൊണ്ട് ഇതിലെ Road വന്നുകൂടാ?! എത്ര സമയം ലാഭിക്കാം!..... ഞങ്ങൾ കുറച്ചു frinds കൊടൈക്കനാൽ കാർ ട്രിപ്പ്‌ പോയിരുന്നു.. കൊടൈക്കനാൽ നിന്ന് ഇടുക്കി കയറാൻ ആയിരുന്നു പ്ലാൻ എന്നാൽ clavarai നിന്നും വട്ടവടയ്ക് റൂട്ട് ഒന്നും കാണിച്ചിരുന്നില്ല.. അവിടുത്തെ റേഞ്ച് ഇഷ്യൂ കാരണം ഗൂഗിൾ മാപ് വർക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യാത്തത് ആവും കാരണം എന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾ ആദ്യം കരുതി... അവിടെ എത്തിയിട്ട് അവിടുത്തെ നാട്ടുകാരോട് ചോദിച്ചിട്ട് പോവാം എന്ന് വച്ചു വണ്ടി വിട്ടു.... ശേഷം ഒരു 50 ഓളം km പോയതിനു ശേഷം ആണ് 250 km ഓളം വരുന്ന re rout ഗൂഗിൾ മാപ് തരുന്നത്...ആ നിമിഷം മാത്രം ആണ് അങ്ങനൊരു വഴി ഇല്ലന്ന് തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞത്... ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് thrirch വരാതെ വേറെ വഴി ഇല്ലാതായി... അവിടെ നല്ലവണ്ണം ക്യാരറ്റ് കൃഷി ഉണ്ട്.. So വരുന്ന വായിക്ക് ഒരു ചേട്ടൻ ഞങ്ങക്ക് കുറെ ക്യാരറ്റ് ഒക്കെ വെറുതെ തന്നു... ഞങ്ങൾ എല്ലാരും അതൊക്ക കഴിച്ചു അവിടുത്തെ ഗ്രാമ ഭംഗി ഒക്കെ ആസ്വദിച്ചു തിരിച്ചു കൊടൈക്കനാലേക്ക് തന്നെ പോയി... പിന്നെ ഇടുക്കി എന്ന പ്ലാനും തിരിച്ചു വീട്ടിലേക്കും പോയി
