There are two data types in JavaScript Value Type (or better know as primitives, they're passed by value means a copy of value is created) and Reference Types (a.k.a Object Types they are passed by reference eg Objects, Arrays, Functions). At 2:00:00 what actually happened is that arrays are of reference type in JavaScript. When we assigned newFruits to fruits the reference was passed which means both newFruits and fruits are pointing to same array. which means if we change newFruits the change will be reflected in fruits as well as the array is same. Comment is a bit long but it's worth it! Just spreading what I know! Peace!

inside for loop, Each iteration let has its own block scope. When you define in for loop with let, each time loop work each time it will create new block scope. You can see in the browser, when you inspect inside bowser, go to source tab beside console tab. Data stored in array is accessed using indexes, while data stored in objects can be access using the name of properties. Take for example, you have an array with 3 different landline numbers, one is for home, other two are for office. If you were using array you will have to know on which index is storing which number. But if you used an object to save such data, you could specify which number you want to select. I hope this helps.

No you don't need to install anything like we do in c++ or java. Simple install vs code make a file .js extension and run on browser it will work.
