THANK YOU, General!! What more can I say? I would like to THANK, the host for conducting, a SUPERBLY, GREAT INTERVIEW with General Haddis Tedla. And, also, a THANKS goes to Esat tv.
@@Ganebo-n4p Thank you so much for your precise reminder of “the darkest times “in my generation , where most young generations had been perished . The funny thing is that, many people made out the Derg regime was peaceful , time where the country was heading to prosperity In my opinion , that was the time a continuous nightmare of that generation was started ……. No matter what politicians made out Derg as innocent patriotic, for me it’s was as worst as Junta they were the cause of the country to become the “Killing fields”…. It’s important to take genuine lessons from this time and learn from their mistakes…… but not to injustice the many victims !!!!
Thank you so much for the meeting & book discussion (last 3 consecutive weeks). It was such a pleasure to learn more about the 1974 Ethiopian Revolution. Doctor Endalegata; I appreciate you taking the time to interview Colonel Berhanu Bayehe. I would like to remind every listener like me: - history gives us the tools to analyze & explain problems in the past, it positions us to see patterns that might otherwise be invisible in the present. Colonel Berhanu Bayehe & General Addis Tedla’s books provide a crucial perspective (Firsthand Information VS. HERE SAY) for understanding the nature of the Ethiopian Revolution.

What a bollocks! This guy killed, wiped out the cream part of our Young's and intelegensias , brought down our country to its knees. his was "the killing Fields". Now portrayed as a hero by those who have an ulterior motives in blackmailing the current government...utter deception. For those of us who lived through the "killing fields" of Ethiopia is unbearable to listen to such a despicable person. His hands on blood. I hope he rotts in hell.

One of the best interviewed i have heard for awhile. This is our history whether we like ot or not. I don't know the guy but he is such a great story teller.
I wish Eprdf had half the gesture of Derg ; the problem of Derg came out of the wish to benefit the mass Ethiopian people , like establishing AMC ( Agricultural Marketing Corporation) and telling the farmer to sell their product at set price .sometimes less than their cost of production then the farmers stop production ! nationalizing houses , the kebele rented with very cheap price and the people who did not build the house but rented from kebele with dirt cheap price rented out with big money to others....such stupidity...was the reason for their blame
In my opinion that's the worst thing happen in Ethiopia history 4 for that coup d'etat. Not being successful because if he was tplf never will be able to control Ethiopia back in 1991 .
The coup should not have happened on the same day Mengistu left the country. They should have had a day or two to organise well. Had they done that the army which came from outside under general Qumlachew Dejene would not have remained without being put to any use living things to fall apart. They should have first secured key places like the media outlets before gathering to deliberate. It was a sad affair because the generals preached Mengistu Hilemariam like God to the rank and file only to find it impossible to turn them against him. The result was that they aimed to remove him without involving the army only for it to backfire on them.
Consider the difference between the Deer and And Woyanes officials weallth diffirence . Woiyane and the. Current regime officials stand for to grab and loot money. kiineyimieyv grA Durant uresQ.mce r333kthe dials st75rew .

Derg was the last neftegna regime gone once for all. The country was prosperous after Derg even if there was some problem. Abiy Ahmad is trying to bring back the dark regime which is totally impossible

Most of the countries of the world knew of the intentions of the then Derg regime and refused to help it in many ways. The Derg regime was one of the most hated oligarchs in the world in general and in Ethiopia in particular .The fellow interviewed was trying to defend himself.

Exactly, the worst brainless thug existed on earth. Here, Portrayed as a hero of the past for purposely deceiving the current general public/generations for those who have an ulterior motives in blackmailing the current gov plus diving our unity as one nation . This repulsive thug, cold blood murder so called General should have never appeared otherwise. He has blood on his hands. I hope he rotts in hell.
