From what I recall, there's a different type of car spawning outside of each of your business sites, depending on the type of the business, that upgrades along with the business level. If you upgrade the business site to max level (or maybe one level below, I don't remember), the car that spawns there gets bulletproof tires which is pretty useful in this game.

This was a great run, but some BS "facts" in the comments (at around 3:30:00 mark). PSP wasn't "unpopular" at all really, it sold 80 million units ffs. Also the original PSP version actually massively outsold the PS2 port. VCS sold well overall, just not close to the PS2 mainline GTAs, obviously. Where does this "PSP wasn't popular" meme come from? It was much less popular in NA than EU (because the dominance of the PS brand) or Japan (obviously a very handheld-focused market)?? Sure, piracy was a major issue, but some people are clearly taking it too far. VCS sold well on the PSP, period.

Vcs did not sell well in comparison to any other gta, especially including LCS. The whole crux of the poor selling IN RELATION to other gta games, so trying to ignore that fact makes you look like an idiot
