Anyone know why this game graphically looks worse than San Andreas but came out after SA? I mean the PS2 to PS2 comparison. I don’t know much about making a game but did they want it to look closer to vice city graphics? Love the game just always been confused about it. Also surprised LCS and VCS weren’t “remastered”

yeah they look worse because they're smaller scale PSP games by a B-Team essentially ported back to PS2. Also LCS technically was remastered with a mobile port but VCS hasn't presumably because of licensing issues with using Phil Collins in missions that they can't exactly remove
