I would personally take this theme as The Snake Plissken theme song. Rhythmically simple, yet darkly dystopian and apocalyptic vibe that kind of badass feel can be experienced here in this very theme. Love the whole Escape World and Story! A fan always.

Excelente pelicula distopica que nunca envejece como el reparto tambien excelente.Es una pelicula sin buenos empezando por el protagonista el serpiente un delincuente mercenario y terminando por el presidente un politico sin escrupulos y el resto de personajes igual los habitantes del Nueva York distopico bandas de barbaros y finalmente el director de la prision un canalla.Pelicula siniestra oscura distopica sin la clasica division entre buenos y malos.Todos malos.Pero es una pelicula que me encanta.

The original version is better, because you can hear very clearly the riff from the synth, which gives that dark atmosphere of 80s movies.
