That entrance onto the FDR in the beginning brought back nyc motorcycle memories for me from the early 80’s. Damn I’m old.

More than just a video, but a visual reset of the inner man's soul and thoughts. Thank you, Moto Guzzi is a beautiful machine, a lot of craftsmanship is apparent. Thank you.

I came here for a motorcycle review and was given a motorcycle ride with a level of poignancy and thoughtfulness usually reserved for great short stories, well done.

This trip looks incredible, and the video is really good. I love it. Thank you for posting. It's a nice touch to see that gloves for motorcycling double as gloves for touching containers of boiling water.

I ride that area a lot, every shot seemed familiar.. In fact I came home yesterday from an ADK trip via Schoharie to Catskill. Was peak peak color around Indian Lake BTW I lived in Brooklyn 30 years ago but I never had that great open road experience you show. I did need to get out of the city a lot.

Is it the Moto Guzzi V7's unique, balanced, and personal riding pleasure that inspires thoughtful introspection on life through returning to nature...?! 😳

Spray some silicone on the exposed bolts before they seize with rust. I got a v7 kept outside under cover and that was an issue, though it still runs great. I know indoor parking can be hard to find in a city.

That was superb! I too ride a Moto Guzzi V7 Special, but a 2020 version, and I also ride to Phoenicia often. But my ride is from northern NJ and takes about 2.5 hours by my various routes. I recognized some of the roads in your vid but not sure where you camped. Where was that site, if you don't mind. Perhaps I will meet you up there one day. Regards, Scott
