This huuuuuuuge smile is absolutely needed when doing the high screams she's doing. Otherwise it would just sound as a mid scream like the rest of the song. You can clearly see that she needs to smile to scream higher at 1:00 and 1:10 for instance. This is normal and needed. If you don't trust Linzey because you're stupid enough to think that girls can't scream, take it from a fellow male vocalist, and listen to The Agonist or Jinjer (among others).
