Straight up took me 3 months of nonstop practice in high school just to be below average at sweeping. It takes so much practice, definitely recommend learning multiple arpeggios and just playing the crap out of them at slow tempos and slowly increase tempo if you can play it perfectly. That helped me

Dude, I went to louder than life 2021 last year. Chugged 3 beers back to back before I got in. Felt like shit. Was waiting for sevendust cause I didn't care for escape the fate. I was thinking to myself "nah, I haven't listened to them since I was a teenager." They had like 10 mins left. The beer hit me HARD. I was in a great mood now. I was just telling my fiancee that there was 1 song I loved by ETF growing up and BAM!!! They started to play This War Is Ours. I was like " holy shit I'm hearing this live!" It was the first time hearing it in 10 years. It set the mood for the whole festival. It was one of the greatest times of my life.
