this is one of my favorites songs ever , and i'm just grateful enough to enjoy this type of music, on the other hand , this genre of music is so underrated and under appreciated. I feel like only ' the chosen few ' people of society will ever understand music like this. i'm beginning to sense that people who don't enjoy this line of music are afraid of feeling brutal raw emotions etc, and they would rather listen to things that feed their own disillusion instead of facing something raw ... like knowing who they really are when they are alone

I think both mostly suck without eachother. ETF got left without unique voice, and FiR feels like a solo project rather than a full band; Ronnie has executive power and you often get cringey or boring songs from it. Him being sent to jail is one of my biggest music "what ifs" because this album is just so legendary, like Anthony Green leaving.

The riffs in There’s No Sympathy for the Dead are incredibly full-bodied, delivering a rich and dynamic sound. The breakdown carries a heavy tone infused with post-hardcore and emo influences, showcasing the band’s remarkable quality. The solo, in particular, was visceral, leaving a lasting impression with its intensity and emotion.
