We have to be our authentic selves. Unfortunately society wants people to chase after a false image of themselves..why...because then you are someone who has already become susceptible to manipulation and you therefore can be manipulated further. As this video rightly points out we need to begin with ourselves but this is hard and we need to do the work and our mindset can find it very uncomfortable to challenge our own assumptions BUT freedom is not free...Only when we truly understand ourselves can we direct the compass needle of our lives and this is the point when the matrix drops away. Over the entrance to the Oracle of Delphi were the words 'Know Thy Self'. We hear these words and they become easily dismissed because we live with ourselves and think to some extent that we understand but we really don't. We have been given a complex inextricably difficulty problem to solve which is ourselves but as we begin to make progress we begin to see what controls us. This is the first step to revealing how truly powerful we are. As always a deep and thought provoking video. My honest and sincere thanks.
