A-tention from 'tenere' 'to hold/pull' -Tiene in Italian -Tengo in Spanish - con-tain (con means together so 'hold/pull together') -Con-tent -tent 🏕️⛺ -re-tain (re means back so 'hold/pull back') -re-tention -tension -con-tention (when we are both pulling) -tender (to the touch) -legal tender (something legal that you hold) - pre-tend (to hold in advance) Latin prefixes are Con Re De Pro Pre Per Anti And more English is made up prominently of Latin, Greek, Germanic and then others. If you understand the prefixes and roots and suffixes English becomes like subways sandwiches where there are only really a few available ingredients with just lots of combinations. That way you don't need to read all the words in the dictionary you can just recognise the parts and understand the original meaning and then see it's connection to its present day use. This is good because you can understand what is really being said i.e. 'the how to do' what you are actually saying. For example Provide Pro (ahead of, in support of) Vide (Videre, to see, root of video and vision) To provide is therefore to see ahead - pro-vision 👀 Understanding it like that makes it easier now to do what would have otherwise been a mystery 'how do I provide for my family' You look ahead see that it's going to rain next week and invent umbrellas - how by seeing ahead that you want to make a mobile shelter a movable tent that you can hold because it will need to cover the person wherever they are and it will need to be adjustable to point in the direction of the rain hence why you might not simply strap two to pop out of jacket shoulders. Ok then tent on a stick = umbrella.

I am kind of weirded out by this video. Its half truth and half brainwashing. With the exception of business most of the skills he talked about are the skills people need to Level up or even exit the matrix. But those same skills are also a form of control and the matrix is all about control. People who take psychedelics dont survive because they quit playing the game. So its not like they dont survive they just quit playing the game. Its basically an npc walking off the screen did u even know it was there. What if we are stuck in a time loop?.

This is how ive been looking at life for a couple years now. "unfortunate" things that happen to you in life are no longer unfortunate, instead they force you to think outside the box and approach things from different angles kind of like running into a dead end/dying in a video game. This mentality reminds me of the Rocky quote; "it ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward"

Awesome content Dan, as usual. My humble opinion on the purpose of life is that it is not only about this life. It is not only living this life perfectly, otherwise, we will only concentrate on this "stage" of the game, which is much greater. the worldly life is just one stage of the great game. If I'm wise enough I will figure out the purpose of life for all stages included. what is the purpose? is that all about being a healthy, successful business guy, solopreneur, or having an amazing family? or is it bigger than that? For me, all those are tools to reach something greater. The Islamic perspective in that sense answers that point crystal clearly and it explains how we called" matrix" works, what are the tools, and what the Great Creator is asking from creation?

Going to leave a comment with notes to self on all videos i find useful. Notes: Life is a Game: Learning, practice and the chase for dopamine. Stack gold, gain experience and transcend to the next level. "A game is a Structured flow of information." Life is a series of highs and lows. The most meaningless place you can be is in the middle... Ideas from Donald Hoffman, Terrence McKenna and FLOW. Perception as user-interface - evolved for survival and action, not revealing reality. Create your own Games. Design them in such a way that leveling up is meaningful in itself. If you're failing at a good game, pick an easier level and keep grinding. If you're crushing at a bad game, take that energy and experience and apply it to a better game.

You CAN escape the matrix: it is called (spiritual) Enlightenment. Enlightenment is to awaken from the human ilusion, the human dream, to recover your consciousness-experience of being a immortal, nonphysical /spiritual being enjoying the drama of a temporary human incarnation. It is the central theme of all the great religions, i.e. the "Kingdom of Heaven." No easy, not fast, but doable. Quantum ontology has both the theory and the technology to do so. (I am in school that has about 30 students already in Enlightenment.)
@aetherpaul Жыл бұрын
I think youre wrong about a lot of things. There is no state of consciousness to get into. Thats just time/energy management, health, positive emotion and work organizational flow. B) Were supposed to take life seriously, this is the plane of diligence, responsibility and achievement. C) dont reinvent yourself, just actually find out what kind of person you are and may have always been in character/spirit. And understabd that some people are just different and thats good, it gives you a place of connectivity in the world with other types of people, and or it gives you the ability to give fresh perspective to other people and vice versa. D)Probably pragmatizing the semantics of fiinancial knowledge , so that people can just keep up with routine assessment and valuing would be important to balance the action of our budgets. Otherwise were just working and thats the grind. Just value the spirit of your work, and the soul of the environment.

I'm not promoting drug use though. haha. .... as far as physical ability skill.. I started going to the gym because I was worried about getting older, which is what brought it on. I cue myself by putting on my workout clothes. It works. So maybe finding other ways to cue myself to do things would be helpful. Sounds silly, but I'm also staying more on top of my laundry. Speaking about escaping the matrix, I'm hearing a lot of red pill men and new age gurus or youtubers talkong about how one should escape the matrix and how to escape the matrix. When I say "the matrix" here, I'm referring to how they define it as a system on how society should function, like people having 9 to 5 jobs, being a consumer and things like that. I dont think its right to tell people that they should escape the system built. This system is like that for a reason, it serves its own purpose. If everyone will quit 9 to 5 jobs, the society wont function. About quitting the formal education system, not every parent can be good teachers. Formal education is like that for a reason, although it obviously needs improvement, completely demonizing it would be harmful to our society. Not everyone has a life purpose that will also help them earn money. Some people are just fine with 9 to 5 jobs, because that's life, its not always peaches and cream. Also, not everyone has an extraordinary life purpose. What needs improvement is the education system, allowing people to plant their own fruit-bearing trees in America and for the countries where its allowed, then we should inspire them to do so; produce products that are not toxic to the body, eliminate shady agendas and banish corruption.
