All properties were nice, the mystery house super unique, but I can understand that this couple wanted to keep on looking and exploring the area. Nicki was charming as usual and the part about the Brontë sisters was interesting too. Not one of my favourite episodes, but still - thanks for another fantastic upload!

I loved the master bedroom and ensuite of house number 2 but loved house 1 as a whole. It had more reception rooms, a bigger kitchen, more bathrooms, a south-facing garden, better curb appeal, and a good price at 100k below budget.

Nice couple but they were obviously not going to buy any of the houses shown. It was the very first time they'd even set foot in West Yorkshire, either of them, ever, let alone having some property viewings already under their belt. I wonder if they had convinced the production team that they were much more ready to buy, as it seems a bit pointless having them on the show when they were so early in the process. Of course, they were going to want to visit the area more before committing. I liked Property 2 best. The mystery house was very lovely and light, with great views, but because of all the levels and staircases was not a great option for a couple getting on in years.

The production company doesn't care if they buy. They just need to be an interesting enough couple for viewers. This show is about seeing the countryside and homes.

Doesn't "good start" mean thanks, but no thanks? Semi-detached? No thanks. Neighbors are too close. It only has two decent bedrooms and two half bedrooms. Mystery house: there is no way in hell I'd hike my groceries up those steps each week! It's a beautiful house, but the entrance isn't at ground level. It's the trouble with buying on a steep hill.

House 2, I must have blinked and missed the front view, looked good from the back. However, I do like to see the kerb appeal. Nice house. No 3, far too many steps and stairs for my liking, but the lady did say she wanted to be more active 😅
