Hi Adam & welcome back ! I am 62, live in the UK and am about to retire. So, I’m at the other end of my life from you but want you to know how much i have so enjoyed following your journeys and, to some extent at least, your life over the last 2/3 years - because you’ve been so generous in sharing the highs & lows of that (in English & Spanish - so important). But for all your undoubted genius at combining sheer beauty of both visuals and music it is always the intimate little moments and interactions between you and your friends that are the most affecting, engaging and, actually at times, quite profoundly moving. We tune in for that principally and the style & visuals are great bonuses. I can quite appreciate how difficult the last few months will have been but there’s a lot of love out there for you and i am not sure even now that you appreciate fully how much your uploads mean to your subscribers and how much you are missed when you understandably feel it’s all a bit much. Thanks, too, for introducing me to an entirely new soundscape of musical taste !!

So a few years ago my wife and I got married. We were lookin for a place to honeymoon and I came across your videos and Casey niestats of Cape Town. I fell in love with it and we decided to book a trip. I had never been out of the US at all and was very apprehensive about travel completely. I just wanna tell you that your videos actually changed my life. I fell in love with South Africa and Cape Town and travel in general after my trip, and I’ve been back another time since then to SA and have branched our to other countries. I got the travel bug bad and fell in love with Cape Town and the western cape area and your videos were a huge part of it. I actually watched your old CPT videos last night because I was missing the area and now I see you’re back. I hope you keep up the uploads because it makes a difference in people’s lives, even if you don’t think it does. You’ve been a part in changing my life completely, and for that I thank you and I hope to continue to make content. You are changing the world, even if it’s a little bit at a time. The only way to eat an elephant is one spoonful at a time.

Adam, this video was nothing short of incredible. I really do hope you keep uploading these videos. I've been watching KZbin for a while but I can honestly say that your channel was the first one that truly inspired me to go after my dreams. I fell in love with Cape Town when you made your first videos there back in like 2016. I am beyond excited to say that I will be traveling to South Africa this summer as part of my undergraduate education. Although, I am not going to Cape Town, I will still have the pleasure of visiting such an incredibly diverse and beautiful landscape.
