The scariest part about the teacher is how she usurps the rules that Little Nightmares had put in place: that you’re safe under tables, inside of vents, even in plain view if you hide and stay still. She takes those places of safety and turns them into another danger- because she can get you wherever you go.

Yeah, many of the new baddies in this game break what LM1 had established. For example... You can never escape the Hunter if he sees you first, because he can attack from afar. All the things you said about the Teacher. The Doctor consistently looms over you and hinders your options. Finally, the Viewers have a sense of unpredictability to them, and can only be distracted.

I think each level represents a horror of reality-- like in Little Nightmares 1 a lot of things reminded me of eating disorders, and the broken mirrors could've symbolized self-hatred, and then in this one the empty headed kids could represent how school trains us to just follow the rules mindlessly ? kinda like a factory setting.

This game is symbolic the creepy sound appear whenever Six got close to Mono after Six smashed the bully head. Hinting that Mono fear Six. And the hammer spawn there for no reason.

Something you might have not noticed about the teachers segment: You knock over a bookshelf, the teacher comes in and sees nobody, she assumes one of her students did it, so she goes around the class threatening all of the students, and punishing some by slamming her ruler into their desk. She is made aware of your presence when she is hitting something, in the place where you have to go up three levels while she searches for the source of the sounds your made up above. In the library, and knows your there. And she chases you all through out it. Than she goes into the piano room to blow off steam, and than she hears you and finds you. She thinks she has you, but when you escape into the rain, she gives up.
