Escarole & Beans w/ fresh tomatoes!🍅🫘
- 3 bunches of escarole
- 3 lbs of small tomatoes
- 2 cans of cannellini beans
- 2 shallots
- 1/2 cup evoo
- salt & pepper to taste
- sprinkle grated Romano cheese on top!

My husband and I got married, he was 16 and I was 17. This past January we were blessed to celebrate our 50th anniversary!!! I love watching the two of you, y’all are so cute together, your home is gorgeous, and the most important thing is y’all’s beautiful family. We were blessed with a son and a daughter, a so-in-law, and the only three beautiful grandkids in the world Lol. A 21 yr girl, 16 yr girl, and a 12yr boy. I love watching the cooking videos. We are from New Orleans and we are known for our Cajun cuisine. If y'all ever come down we would love to cook for y'all!! Keep the videos coming Baby Doll. Love Y’all

One of my favorite memory meals, learned from my Grandma. I never used the tomatoes. Sometimes I cook the escarole in Chicken broth after the onions and garlic saute in the olive oil. Then add the beans and some ditalini pasta. And hot flakes 😍
