Guys don’t be surprised that Måns leads with such a landslide right now. This year is what I call a transition year so it is quite possible that when the songs start to release that someone on the list skyrocket to the top and takes over the lead so let’s see. But maybe it will not happen? Who knows? Well let’s see in march :)

Måns is such a Eurovision legend that he can progress based on his legacy alone.

Don't be so sure of that, he has to bring it, like everyone else, one cant's just rest on previous victory Being an old Eurovision winner doesn't automatically mean that you will do well in Melodifestivalen. Elizabeth Andreassen made it to the final in 2002, and came 3rd, but was far from a win. Helena Paparitzou, made it through to the final, via Andra chansen, and got 4th place in 2014. Katrina (from Katrina and the Waves), was eliminated in Andra chansen in 2005 Carola failed to get to the Melodifestivalen final in 2008. Charlotte Perelli failed to reach the Melodifestivalen final in 2012 and 2017, made it in 2021, but ended up on 8th place, and even Loreen failed to get to the Melodifestivalen final in 2017.

It's not THE songs just the artists, it might be a weak Mello year 2025 but to say it will be a weak ESC because of Sweden makes no sense. They might have better songs when actually competing however other nations might make ESC a very strong year.

Yes, I think she will do really well, based on her being professional and wellknown, but also that the song "Kamikaze Life" is co-written by Andreas "Giri" Lindbergh, who also co-wrote Smash into Pieces' "Six Feet Under" and "Heroes Are Calling" which were very successful with 3rd places in 2023 and 2024, I think Maja Ivarsson will fill their spot in a away. But it's not ESC Giorgio that's underestimating her, it's the betting companies, he's just reporting what they've listed.

You say that as if Sweden hasn’t sent any women in the last 4 years… And as if last year didn’t have the biggest ratio of female to male singers the contest has ever seen. You could say that you generally prefer the singing voice of a female over the singing voice of a male. (I for one am the opposite, I generally listen to much more music sung by men) Or that you prefer more feminine/female-oriented entries/music. But don’t say you’re ‘fed up’ with male vocals, cause within the context of this video you really have no reason to be considering the last edition of Eurovision.
