I could always tell the difference between n/a diesel Escort vans and the TD ones. Different front bumper and exhaust. The TD ones were much rarer.

yeah, definately made a difference, i used 2.5 in tube and to be honest, i thaught it was alittle too big, i think 2.25 would be better on these engines with the T2 turbo. i did max it out,then couldnt keep the head on it!

1.8d flywheel onto the 1.8d gearbox, other than opening the pump up, 4 notch head low comp head gasket and the front mount intercooler, nothing. this van has long since been sent for scrap
