Good man, well done on fixing the Audi. Most people would run a mile with a fault like that. Clears the way for you to get a bargain. All the best. John

Awesome video. You did very well doing what you did with limited manoeuvrability. I will try this and hopefully will work for me too. 👍🏾👊🏽

Great work mate. Love the “start to finish” style on this one, it’s like an episode of wheeler dealers….! 😀

I like your calm, methodical approach to this. These cars are so intimidating to work on, so it's nice to see this kind of thing is possible. Mine is having weird electrical issues with the trunk mechanisms, so I'm starting to wonder if water is entering the vehicle somewhere. I'll investigate based on what I learned here.

Thank you. They don't always go as easy as this but I had a fair idea of the issue before I bought it.

Nice start-to-finish vid, must’ve been great to finally get it all back up together. Surprised you didn’t fancy keeping it for yourself after doing all the work, personally I’d prefer the A8 over an FN2, but I am getting old!! Top video, thanks 😊

Thanks, glad you liked it. I was tempted to keep the A8, especially after I took out for a drive, the torque in it was amazing. I had an A6 Avant which is more practical so put my sensible hat on.

Thanks for this Video 🙏🏽 got the same issue. Is there no problem to remove the Carpet without taking the center console out ? Was scared about taking the whole car apart to get under the carpet

This car was drown? I have same car from same year, but down is completely rust free, despite, that it is driving here in CZ, where in winter is used salt on roads. Even on old air shocks, before they sayed "god buy" it was possible to read sticker. Anyway good job with troubleshooting.

Can you do a video of fixing the sun roof. I think this happened to my car and I think the sunroof is the issue because my sun roof doesn't and I don't think it's a motor issue. Think it's a sunroof board issue but my roof controls work. Might have clogged roof drains but can't clean them with out it open
