The classic Nessmuk shaped blade, contoured handle, balance and weight is a great All-around worker, slicing veggies and meat, battening your kindling and carving shavings was a breeze. I was very happy with the strength of the differential heat treatment. the tip is actually lined up with the center of your hand., and less than a 6 oz. blade for over 4 inches of cutting length, this has unmatched potential for one of the best all around outdoorsman blade.

the thickness i think is 3/16th . its perfect full flat grind so the spine is thick for batoning and still thin enough for easy food prep :)
