ESEE RB3 Knife Review and Breakfast in the Woods | Bushcraft Survival Knife

I went out in the woods to play with the RB3, cook some breakfast and chill. The ESEE RB3 is a great entry level bushcraft blade and is very capable for any task in the woods. I really enjoy mine and hope you will check out the video.

I use the RB3 mainly for wood carving tasks but I always carry an axe for wood splitting. ESEE doesn't recommend batoning with it. My ESEE 3 is a great general purpose field knife and has a stronger edge than the RB3. I can do food preparation and light batoning with the ESEE 3, but its flat grind can not compete with the Scandi grind when I have a lot of carving to do. Both have nice rounded micarta handles and ⅛ in. (3.18 mm) thick blades. I'd consider which grind would serve me the best. I hope this helps.
